Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field with a projected graduation in 2027–2029.
• Relevant coursework in IT, security, or data analytics is preferred.
• Availability for 10‑week summer internship in 2027 (Jun 7–Aug 13).

Responsibilities

• Support endpoint engineering with reporting, compliance tracking, automation, and documentation.
• Prepare recurring reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI updates with audit evidence.
• Monitor endpoint compliance using Intune/Nexthink and elevate exceptions for review.
• Assist with automation, data cleanup, and process standardization to reduce manual work.
• Contribute to testing, documentation, and status updates; support patch management and zero‑trust initiatives.
• Help with vulnerability remediation and Azure Virtual Desktop improvements.
• Analyze telemetry to find automation opportunities and assist with transition to Digital Workplace Operations.
