Job summary

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint management platforms across enterprise and factory environments. You will own software distribution, patch management, OS deployment, and ensure endpoint devices meet security and performance standards on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Client Platform Engineer.
• Proven expertise with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Workspace One, Jamf Pro, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and endpoint deployment processes.
• Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, compliance frameworks, and device hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise or factory environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, OT, and operations teams.
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms to support enterprise and factory line environments.
• Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints.
• Ensure endpoint devices on the manufacturing floor meet security and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, escalating as needed.
• Partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Manufacturing Operations to deploy tools reliably.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and utilization, producing reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to endpoint security policies and device hardening strategies.
• Document endpoint configurations, processes, and support guides for IT and operations staff.
