The Fall 2026 internship features a 1st shift (8:00 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Fri) in Chicago, with compensation ranging from $22 to $30 per hour based on experience and skill.

Qualifications

• In-progress CS/IT degree with a focus on software or IT.
• Certification in Microsoft client technologies is desirable.
• Experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS and Microsoft 365 products.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals and security practices.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for client computer and software concerns.
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and usage.
• Respond to and report on technical support requests.
• Identify issues, assess causes and trends; escalate as needed.
• Install and maintain hardware/software solutions following best practices.
• Research latest products and standards to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance on effective use of technology.
• Maintain asset management for hardware and software inventories.
• Produce reports for management; be available on call 24/7 and travel as required.
