Qualifications

• In‑progress degree program with a concentration in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering and returning to school full‑time at the end of the internship.
• Able to work Full‑Time in Summer 2027
• Professional experience in manufacturing/production and reliability
• Data analytics skills
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Analytical skills
• Familiarity with Windows, Excel, Word, AutoCad or other CAD software
• Excellent communications skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of equipment and processes
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Conduct a variety of failure analyses, including root cause, Weibull, and fault tree analysis
• Identify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions
• Contribute to the continual improvement process
