Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Webster, NY seeks an Engineer to administer and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot and Entra ID across Windows endpoints. You will manage deployment, patching, security policies, and BitLocker, while building automation with PowerShell and Graph API.

You’ll support supply chain IT infra, wireless networking, VPN/B2B connectivity, and cloud services in a mixed corporate/3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot and Entra ID to manage Windows endpoints.
• Strong patching, deployment, policy and BitLocker configuration experience on enterprise devices.
• Automation development using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for reporting and workflows.
• Support for supply chain applications, wireless infrastructure, VPN/B2B connectivity, and cloud services.
• Ability to configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile computers, barcode scanners, printers, and warehouse devices.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management per ITIL practices and security standards.
