Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Specialist, Workforce Enablement to deploy and support modern Windows and Apple devices across the enterprise. You will lead provisioning, packaging, and deployment efforts using Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, and SCCM, with emphasis on zero-touch provisioning and secure enrollment.

The role spans device lifecycle management, desktop migration, data migration, and modern endpoint management, requiring strong MDM/UEM expertise and a customer-focused mindset for seamless end-user

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, application packaging, workplace technology, IT operations, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows endpoint deployment and management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager and enterprise software distribution.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, and Apple device provisioning
• Strong understanding of MDM/UEM concepts, device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Provision and refresh Windows and Apple devices, including pre-provisioning and zero-touch deployment.
• Configure Windows devices using Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
• Configure Apple devices using Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Jamf.
• Package, test, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications across Windows and Apple platforms.
• Develop application packages using traditional and modern packaging methodologies.
• Support application packaging and deployment through SCCM / Configuration Manager.
• Perform application compatibility testing and remediation before enterprise deployment.
• Support enterprise endpoint environments utilizing SCCM and modern cloud management platforms.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client health, deployments, software distribution, and policies.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Jamf, SCCM/Configuration Manager, and other endpoint management technologies.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot device configuration profiles, compliance policies, enrollment workflows, and endpoint policies.
• Support Windows and Apple MDM enrollment and lifecycle management.
• Plan enterprise device refresh and hardware replacement programs.
• Support Windows desktop and OS migration initiatives.
• Develop migration, rollback, and contingency procedures.
• Develop end-user data migration strategies for device refreshes and desktop migrations.
• Assess user data, applications, profiles, configurations, and business requirements before migration.
