Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, and support endpoint solutions across manufacturing environments. You will ensure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and factory stations are secure, reliable, and optimized for mission-critical operations on the IT/OT frontier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years as Endpoint Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Client Platform Engineer.
• Proven expertise with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, Jamf Pro, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS/iOS/Android and endpoint deployment processes.
• Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, compliance frameworks, and device hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise or factory environments.
• Excellent communication skills across IT, OT, and operations teams.
• Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms to support enterprise and factory line environments.
• Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints.
• Ensure endpoint devices on the manufacturing floor meet security and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, escalating as needed.
• Partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Manufacturing Operations to deploy tools reliably.
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and utilization; produce reports and improvements.
• Contribute to endpoint security policies, access controls, and device hardening strategies.
• Document endpoint configurations, processes, and support guides for IT and operations staff.
• Stay current with endpoint management trends, automation practices, and security best practices.
