Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms for enterprise and factory lines.
• Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints.
• Ensure endpoint devices on the manufacturing floor meet security and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with IT/OT teams.
• Document configurations and support guides; monitor endpoint health and usage.
