Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support Windows-based systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft applications across desktops and mobile devices (iPad/iPhone).
• Administer and support Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Assist with Teams collaboration, meetings, and integrations.
• Manage devices and policies using Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (Company Portal).
• Manage Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Participate in technical projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Document solutions, procedures, and known issues.
• Provide white-glove executive and business user support, deskside and remotely.
• Collaborate closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
