Xcel Energy is seeking an IT Engineer to design, implement, and support endpoint technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android, integrating Intune, Jamf Pro, and modern management practices. You will drive reliability, security, and user experience in a hybrid work environment.

You'll collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions, monitor endpoint health, automate remediation, and mentor junior staff while advancing the digital employee

Qualifications

• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent to the position.
• Excellent communication skills, effective with varying organizational levels and skill set.
• Excellent Relationship Management and collaboration skills, with a track record of working as one team cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery: Lead and support lifecycle activities for endpoint, mobility, and digital workplace technologies with focus on UX, performance, security and scalability.
• Operations: Monitor health of endpoint platforms, manage incidents, and drive automation and remediation.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current on endpoint management, automation, DEX, security, and emerging technologies.
• Relationship Management: Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and mentor team members.
