Xcel Energy is seeking an IT Engineer to design, implement, and support endpoint technologies across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android. You’ll drive modern management practices using Intune, Jamf Pro, and related tools to deliver a secure, productive digital workplace.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience.
• Strong communication and cross-organizational collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of endpoint, mobility, and digital workplace solutions.
• Manage endpoint platforms including Intune, Jamf Pro, and related technologies.
• Develop automation and proactive remediation using scripting and APIs.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, and Engineering teams.
