Job summary

Terrestris LLC seeks a Desktop Engineer / Endpoint Engineer to support IRS CI CMSS and Windows client OS at the Florence, KY lab, with relocation to Covington planned in 2027. The role focuses on validating Windows hardware, software, OS, and endpoint-management tools, and ensuring readiness for deployment.

Responsibilities include maintaining test environments, executing test plans, documenting results, identifying defects, and contributing to automated testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Windows management and endpoint testing.
• Strong ability to analyze test results and document findings clearly.
• Knowledge of security controls and STIGs in a government context.

Responsibilities

• Execute validation and testing in the endpoint test environment.
• Support endpoint imaging and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain automated testing methods for user profiles and software management.
• Document test plans and results and report defects and readiness status.
• Assist with release communications and SOPs.
