Job summary

Best Egg, now part of Barclays, seeks an Endpoint Administrator to manage and support endpoint devices across the organization, ensuring health and compliance while improving the end-user experience.

The role involves MDM tools such as Intune and Jamf, AWS Workspaces, and Jira Service Management, with automation and scripting to streamline operations and project work across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent work experience and certifications.
• 3+ years supporting a cloud environment tech stack (Office 365, Azure, Slack, etc.).
• 3+ years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
• Can-do attitude, quickly grasp concepts, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Evidence of initiative, analytical reasoning, teamwork, and communication through an assessment.
• Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, JQL, SQL, Bash) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service desk portals and knowledge bases.

• Assist with automation and scripting to streamline support and operations.
• Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and escalate as necessary.
• Create and maintain endpoint baselines, images, and device compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT leads on endpoint projects and deployments.

The Job

The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of endpoint devices across the organization. This role ensures endpoint functionality, health, and compliance, providing frontline technical support to internal users and collaborating with teams to enhance the end-user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf), including policies, profiles, and reporting.
• Manage AWS Workspaces, including image creation and provisioning.
• Assist with implementation of enhancements to Jira Service Management (JSM) workflows, SLAs, and automation rules.
• Maintain service desk portals and knowledgebases.
• Manage JSM projects, SLAs, request types, and workflows.
• Assist with automation and scripting to streamline support and operations.
• Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and escalat as necessary.
• Create and maintain endpoint baselines, images, and device compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT team leads on endpoint-related projects and deployments.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate (2-year) degree in Computer Information Technology or an equivalent amount of work experience and certifications.
• 3+ years supporting a cloud environment tech stack (Office 365, Azure, Slack, etc.)
• 3+ years of Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience, such as Intune or Jamf.
• An overall can-do attitude, the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and the willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work with multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving techniques and demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of multi-disciplined teams.
• In addition to the interview process, all candidates will need to evidence their initiative, level of analytical reasoning, teamwork and ability to collaborate on projects, adaptability, and strength in verbal and written skills by completing a separate candidate assessment.
• Experience in scripting languages (PowerShell, JQL, SQL, Bash, etc.) is a plus!

$80,000 - $90,000 a year
