Harold Grinspoon Foundation seeks a strategic, mission-driven Consultant to empower local Jewish communities across North America through endowment-building and legacy giving.

In a small team, you will coach a portfolio of grantees, deliver training, and develop resources to deepen legacy giving. This role can be fully remote in the U.S. or hybrid from NYC or Agawam, MA, with travel roughly monthly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fundraising and planned giving strategies, including legacy giving and endowments.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship management for a portfolio of active grantees and coach them to reach milestones.
• Design and deliver Life & Legacy trainings and curricula for adult learners, both virtually and in person.
• Support grants administration, review applications and budgets, monitor progress and reporting.
