Marsh is seeking a talented Investment Consulting professional to join our Investments & Retirement team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Denver.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a client-facing Investment Consulting role that will work primarily with Endowment and Foundation clients, a focus growth investment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; field relevant to position.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience related to this position.
• Proven history of excellent client service with endowment/foundation clients.
• Able to communicate traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying sophistication.
• Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and keep up with the investment industry.
• Strong business development orientation.

Aufgaben

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver investment advice.
• Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions including alternatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales and consulting.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services offered.
