• Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for CENG and the Noyce School.
• Foster industry, donor, and partner relationships to advance priorities.
• Lead fundraising and resource development across campus.
• Oversee budgeting, facilities, and staffing for a large college with multiple programs.
• Represent Cal Poly nationally to elevate visibility and impact.
