Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication with patients, families and care team.
• Ability to lead or precept students or new staff as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interprofessional team to achieve treatment outcomes.
• Mentor/precept students or new staff and participate in governance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety.
