Job summary

Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for the Endovascular Unit. The CST delivers patient-centered care, prepares the surgical suite, and assists the team during procedures.

Under RN supervision, you maintain a sterile field, ensure instrument counts, and support efficient operations. Eligibility includes BLS within 30 days, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or Work Experience in Lieu of Credential, or (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified

Responsibilities

• Prepare the surgical suite, position patient and provide instruments and supplies during procedures
• Maintain sterile field, perform instrument counts and ensure proper operation of equipment
• Assist under the supervision of the Circulating RN and support patient-centered care
