Banner - University Medical Group Phoenix seeks a BC/BE Urologist with a special interest in Endourology to join the Department of Urology. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to academic excellence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in Phoenix.

The role includes building a new department, potential residency program involvement, and collaboration with UA College of Medicine-Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology with eligibility for Arizona licensure.
• Fellowship in endourology (1–2 years) with focus on minimally invasive techniques.
• Experience managing high-volume stone cases and complex endoscopic procedures.
• Strong collaboration for academic clinical care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care with dedicated clinic and OR time.
• Perform minimally invasive endoscopic procedures (Ureteroscopy, RIRS, PCNL).
• Manage upper tract pathology and complex stone disease with advanced techniques.
• Participate in academic activities, education, and resident training.
