Job summary

GHMC Main Campus is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to perform patient care tasks under the direction of a Registered Nurse and maintain a safe, efficient Endoscopy unit. You will help with daily care plans, assist with procedures, and support equipment cleaning and maintenance.

The role is regular part-time (0.6 FTE) with days 8-hour shifts beginning between 6am-7am and on-call as needed. Prior CNA/NA or medical assistant training plus BLS is preferred; ability to stand long hours and lift up

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a recognized Nursing assistant (NA), CNA or Medical Assistant program required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Maintain a safe patient area and assist with daily care plan.
• Assist with endoscopy procedures and preparation.
• Clean and maintain endoscopy equipment; support unit operations.
