Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support endoscopic procedures and patient care. You will prepare rooms, assist with equipment, and help the health care team ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency.

The role requires at least two years of endoscopy experience, knowledge of GI anatomy, and the ability to work both independently and with teams. Flex scheduling and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant endoscopy experience.
• Knowledge of patient care and basic GI anatomy.
• Advanced knowledge of endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexibility with scheduling needs.
• SGNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms and assist with patient transfer to/from rooms.
• Assist health care team with endoscopic procedures and patient care.
• Set up and troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and instruments.
• Assist physicians with hemostatic instruments during procedures.
