Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ seeks a GI Technician to support the Gastroenterology Division. You will prepare rooms and endoscopy equipment, stock supplies, and ensure instruments are clean and calibrated.

You will assist physicians and nurses during procedures, transport patients, and help with post-procedure care. Required: GI tech or patient care experience, ability to learn IDX and EPIC, and strong customer service. High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• GI tech experience or patient care experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn IDX and EPIC applications.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rooms and equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain inventory of endoscopy supplies and sterilize instruments.
• Ensure endoscopic equipment functions properly and calibrated.
• Transport patients according to staff instructions.
• Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures.
• Attend training to refresh GI tech skills.
• Collaborate with care team regarding procedures and patient conditions.
