Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support the operating room and endoscopy suite under RN supervision. You will assist with coordination of care for GI procedures and ensure equipment is ready and sterile.

Responsibilities include preparing, maintaining and cleaning equipment, processing specimens, and keeping the GI procedure area safe and organized. A high school diploma and patient-care experience are preferred; day shift, full-time employment

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalency required.
• Previous patient care experience and/or technical education in health-related field preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Interpersonal relations skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
