Job summary

Endoscopy Center of Dayton North is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Tech to support GI and PAIN management procedures in a surgical center. The role involves preparing equipment, assisting physicians, and maintaining the GI procedure area with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include intra-procedure documentation, patient preop assessment, and cooperating with staff. Weekdays only, competitive wages and benefits offered to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• MA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OR and GI policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and anticipate physician and patient needs for GI procedures.
• Assist physician on all GI procedures.
• Oversee GI procedures and maintain all aspects of the GI procedure area.
• Document intra-procedure notes.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies in the GI procedure area.
• Cleans and maintains equipment per policy.
• Assist in Preop and Recovery with turnover and basic patient care.
