Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking an Endoscopy Technician for our GI Center in La Crosse, WI. You will provide patient care and assist with screening and diagnostic procedures in the GI Lab.

We offer a 0.5 FTE schedule with day shifts 6:30am–5:30pm and rotating on-call duties. A High School diploma plus healthcare experience and current Life Support certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• 2 years of healthcare experience as an Endoscopy Tech or Surgical Tech.
• Must have one of the following certifications: CNA, EMT-B, CST, CMA/CCMA/NCMA/RMA/NRCMA or LPN (state license).
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (AHA/Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assist with screening and diagnostic procedures in the GI Lab.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including 8- to 9-hour day shifts and call rotations.
• Support team with equipment and room turnover between procedures.

We are seeking an Endoscopy Technician in our GI Center in La Crosse, WI. You will be responsible for providing patient care and assisting with screening and diagnostic procedures in the GI Lab.

What You Do

• 0.5 FTE, 40 hours bi-weekly
• Work 8-9 hour Day Shifts between 6:30am-5:30pm
• Call Schedule: Typically once every other weeknight call (5:30pm to 7am) and every 11th weekend (Friday 5:30pm until Monday 7am)

What You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• 2 year of healthcare experience as an Endoscopy Tech or Surgical Tech
• Must have one of the following certifications: Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA, or NRCMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed minimally in the state of practice, some positions may require additional state LPN licenses
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross
