Job summary

Kingwood Surgery Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a PRN Endoscopy Tech to join our GI/endoscopy team. You will assist with patient care during GI/endoscopy procedures under the direction of the GI/Endoscopy Nurse.

Responsibilities include maintaining a sanitary environment, high disinfection and sterilization of equipment, unit preparation, and cleaning rooms between cases, along with specimen handling and labeling as directed by the surgeon and circulating RN.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program preferred.
  • One-year acute care experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
  • Valid BCLS Certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).

Job Summary And Qualifications
