Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• GI Tech experience preferred.
• Successful completion of BCLS within 90 days of employment is required or documentation of current BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCA.
• Assist with endoscopy procedures and protect patient safety.
• Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment handling during procedures.
• Prepare and manage supplies and instruments for procedures.
• Provide accurate hand-off reports and communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain competency and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
