Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support endoscopic procedures and equipment maintenance for safe, high-quality patient care. Under RN supervision, you will prepare rooms, disinfect scopes, monitor inventory, assist with scheduling and transport, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of endoscopic procedures, equipment maintenance, and disinfection protocols.
• Ability to maintain organization and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience assisting with endoscopy procedures and patient positioning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares procedure rooms and ensures proper setup of equipment, instruments, and supplies for each endoscopic procedure.
• Assists procedural teams by anticipating physician needs and supporting patient positioning during procedures.
• Cleans and high-level disinfects endoscopic equipment per guidelines and policy.
• Maintains inventory and documents specimens and cultures per policy.
• Transports patients and supplies and supports scheduling and preoperative calls.
