United Surgical Partners International Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a motivated Clinical Manager to oversee endoscopy services across 1 OR and 3 procedure rooms. The Endo Tech team will report to this role, ensuring efficient case turnover and compliance.

The position emphasizes coordinating endoscopy procedures, supervising endo tech staff, ensuring high-level disinfection standards, inventory control, and collaboration with the Charge Nurse and ASC

Qualifikationen

• Endoscopy experience in a center or clinic setting.
• Working knowledge of standard Gastroenterology procedures.

Aufgaben

• Setting up and troubleshooting endoscopy equipment (scopes, towers, light sources, insufflators) for GI cases.
• Assisting physicians during procedures (positioning, specimen handling, biopsy forceps passing).
• Ensuring proper high-level disinfection (HLD) and reprocessing of scopes per AAMI/SGNA and manufacturer IFU standards.
• Maintaining scope tracking/reprocessing logs for regulatory compliance.
• Scheduling and supervising endo tech staff, including competency checks and onboarding new techs.
• Serving as a liaison between physicians, nursing, and sterile processing to keep case turnover efficient.
• Maintaining infection control standards and audit-readiness for scope reprocessing.
• Tracking quality metrics like scope damage rates, reprocessing turnaround times, and case delays.
• Participating in QAPI initiatives related to endoscopy.
• Managing endoscopy supply and instrument inventory, ordering, and par levels.
• Coordinating loaner scope/instrument logistics for high-volume days.
