Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. seeks a Clinical Manager for USPI Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center, focusing on endoscopy operations and staff leadership. The role guides endoscopy procedures, equipment readiness, and patient flow within a single-facility ambulatory setting.

You will oversee endo tech staff, ensure compliance with HLD/reprocessing standards, and coordinate with physicians and nursing to optimize case turnover. Weekdays only; no holidays or weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in established endoscopy center.
• Must have working knowledge of standard Gastroenterology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot endoscopy equipment (scopes, towers, light sources, insufflators) for GI cases.
• Assist physicians during procedures (positioning, specimen handling, biopsy forceps passing).
• Ensure proper high-level disinfection (HLD) and reprocessing of scopes per standards.
• Maintain scope tracking/reprocessing logs for regulatory compliance.
• Schedule and supervise endo tech staff, including onboarding new techs.
• Liaise between physicians, nursing, and sterile processing to maintain case turnover.
