Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO is seeking a Patient Care Helper/Nurse Assistant to provide direct patient care under the nursing process. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and effective care delivery.

Preferred candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and have at least 2 years of Nurse Assistant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role and contribute to our mission.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ Nurse Assistant or related experience preferred.
