Sharp HealthCare in the San Diego area is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support direct patient care and assist with both basic and advanced endoscopic procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and gastroenterologist. This role involves data management, transcription, and documentation within a dynamic Endoscopy department.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of endoscopy lab experience, an H.S. diploma or equivalent, and AHA BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years endoscopy lab experience required.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals required.

Aufgaben

• Perform direct patient care activities under RN supervision.
• Assist with basic and advanced endoscopic procedures (ERCP, stent placement, EMR, EUS, FNA).
• Maintain data management, transcription, order entry and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SGNA-guided reprocessing standards.
