Norwood Endoscopy Center, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicatedendoscopy tech to join our esteemed team. As an endoscopy tech, you will play a vital role in upholding our corebeliefsof value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.
Responsible for rendering professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN management procedures within the surgical center in accordance with established procedures. Functions cooperatively with physicians and staff, exhibiting teamwork characteristics. Prepares equipment and anticipates Physician and patient needs for GI procedures. Provides general maintenance of the clinical area and equipment. Oversees the GI procedures and maintains all aspects of the GI procedure area. Assessing patients prior to procedure. Document intra-procedure notes. Assist physician on all GI procedures. Prepares and maintains equipment and supplies in the GI procedure area. Cleans and maintains equipment per Center policy. Assists in Preop and Recovery with turning over bays, discharging patients, basic patient assistance and stocking
