Job summary

Memorial Hermann Greater Heights is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to assist physicians in endoscopy procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This full-time position requires the ability to follow instructions and maintain sterile technique in a fast-paced room.

Typical schedule includes early morning hours with a call requirement; BLS certification is required, and 1+ year of endoscopy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Endoscopy Technician Certification or one year of healthcare experience required.
• BLS required (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with endoscopy procedures as assigned.
• Prepare supplies and instruments; restock endoscopy rooms.
• Schedule and reschedule patients.
• Ensure safe patient care and adherence to Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
• Support professional growth and mentor staff.
• Provide compassionate, personalized care per service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
