Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RI certification as a CNA or Endoscopy/Surgical tech preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• SGNA Associates Program completion within 1 year of starting position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Endoscopy Technician staff meetings and minutes.
• Provide timely departmental updates via email and in person.
• Ensure compliance with TJC/DOH and internal standards through coaching and training.
• Monitor infection control measures and reprocessing quality; update procedures.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding of newly hired Endoscopy Technicians.
