Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a hospital support assistant to help nursing staff by cleaning equipment, preparing rooms for procedures, and transporting patients. You will also assist patients with dressing for procedures and stock work areas and procedure rooms.

Responsibilities include assisting RN with transporting specimens and obtaining supplies from Central Service, along with other duties as needed in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years endoscopy experience preferred at PCA or TECH level.
• Excellent communication and manual dexterity skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and prepare rooms for procedures.
• Transport patients and assist with dressing or undressing for procedures.
• Stock work areas and procedure rooms; assist RN in transporting specimens.
• Obtain supplies from Central Service and perform other duties as needed.
