Job summary

Doctor's Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for Endoscopy. This full-time position offers a 40-hour work week in the Endoscopy department. Requires 2 years of acute care hospital experience; Endoscopy, ICU, or ED experience is preferred.

The RN is responsible for providing professional nursing care and coordinating with LPNs and UAPs in a high-reliability organization. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN preferred after five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BSN required after 5 years of employment
• 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital (Endoscopy/ICU/ED preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Lead and participate in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Provide nursing care in a 24/7 Endoscopy department as part of a multidisciplinary team.
