IU Health Spring Mill Surgery Center in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse Specialty Coordinator for the Endoscopy suite. This full-time role supports leadership, advanced nursing care, and clinical excellence in a high-acuity patient population.

You will coordinate service-line activities, mentor staff, and participate in quality and safety initiatives within a collaborative perioperative team. BSN is preferred, ASN required, and Indiana RN license is necessary.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support endoscopy service line for high-acuity patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient status and provide perioperative guidance.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff; support education initiatives.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling within the service line.
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
