Job summary

Regent Surgical Health seeks an Endoscopy Scope Technician to support the surgeon, endoscopy nurse, and anesthesiologist in the procedure room. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining endoscopic instruments and calibrating scopes per facility standards.

The role involves assisting the RN circulator, setting up and breaking down procedures, restocking supplies, and ensuring instrument integrity and sterile technique throughout operations in our New Jersey facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• BLS certification as required by ASC policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain endoscopic instruments and equipment.
• Calibrate endoscopes and related equipment per facility standards.
• Assist the RN circulator and surgeon during procedures.
• Set up and break down endoscopic procedures, restock supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper sterilization of tables and surfaces.
• Maintain instrument integrity and assist with case preparation for next day.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology

BLS certification (as required by individual ASC policy)
