Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC is seeking anexperienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Endoscopy team. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, GI and diagnostic setting, collaborating with physicians and procedural staff to support patients through the procedure experience.

Applicants should hold an active NC RN license; a BSN is preferred but not required. The position offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts, and a $20,000 commitment incentive bonus is

Qualifications

• Active NC RN license or compact required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS within six months.
• 1–2 years of Endoscopy RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the surgical setting using the nursing process.
• Conduct patient assessments and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Deliver care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity and care plans in the medical record.
• Complete and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
• Perform timely QA assessments.
