Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital Endoscopy Unit in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN for a full-time position. The unit handles prep, procedure, and recovery with a small, close-knit team; shift pattern includes 5 eight-hour days alternating with 4 eight-hour days, plus call duties.

Applicants should have at least 1 year hospital experience, ADN required, BSN preferred, RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• minimum of 1yr recent hospital experience.
• Endoscopy experience highly preferred.
• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
• RN License in good standing.
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver treatments and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to monitor progress and advocate for best outcomes.
