Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Registered Nurse-Endoscopy for Gulf Coast Medical Center. This full-time role runs 7:00 AM–7:30 PM with 12 bays for PreOp, PACU, and Holding. You’ll deliver patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in Endoscopy/Surgical Services/ICU, Florida RN license, and BLS (ACLS as required). Housing allowance of $1,800 per month for 3 months is offered for long-distance relocations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have at least two years of Endoscopy, Surgical Services or ICU experience; competency assessment will be completed.
• Current Florida nursing license; BLS and ACLS certifications may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide education, leadership and professional development within the team.
• Adhere to the Florida Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; ensure quality outcomes.
