Job summary

Baptist Health's Endoscopy Team in Clay is hiring a Registered Nurse for a PRN position. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with ancillary services and educating patients and families about their care plan.

Requirements include 2-3 years of Surgical Services nursing experience, RN license, and ACLS/BLS; on-call is required and residency within 40 minutes of the hospital.

Qualifications

• BLS required.
• ACLS required.
• Licensed registered nurse in good standing.
• AS nursing degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in Endoscopy.
• Supervise supportive personnel and coordinate with ancillary services.
• Educate patients and families about disease process and care plan.
• Prepare patients for pre/post procedure assessments and monitoring.
