Job summary

Requirements include RN licensed in Massachusetts, Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), BLS, and ACLS by orientation; Endoscopy experience preferred; willingness to float to Crane: Pre-op, PACU, Endoscopy; on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in Massachusetts; BLS; ACLS required by orientation.
• Endoscopy experience preferred; CGRN not required but preferred.
• Must be willing to float to related units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing care team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Apply nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Direct and guide patient teaching and ancillary staff.
