Job summary

Centralus Health seeks a Registered Nurse Endoscopy to provide specialized patient-centered care during endoscopic procedures. You will assess, monitor, and support patients while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care with strong clinical judgment and documentation.

The role requires a current NYS RN license (or eligibility) and BLS. Endoscopy experience and BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NYS license or eligibility to obtain.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with a variety of needs using a person-centered care approach.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with other health care professionals and patients.
• Demonstrate competence in the technical skills required to care for patients and document accurately.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care, ensure follow-through, and document clinically.
• Educate patients and families and serve as a resource on department standards.
