Southcoast Health is seeking a talented RN for the Endoscopy unit at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. The role requires a nursing graduate, MA RN licensure, BLS certification, and flexibility for day shifts with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Three (3) months experience preferred.
• Endo, Periop or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Must be vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or eligible for exemption with signed statement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients under supervision.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership with the nurse team.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the unit and adapt care to the patient age group.
