Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN license required.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within defined competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and discharge.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; document care.
• Engage in audits and quality-improvement activities.
• Endoscopy RN: assess, obtain consent, monitor, post-procedure care.
