Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality
