Job summary

USPI Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Kingsland is seeking a motivated Endoscopy RN to join our team. We have 4 OR rooms and 2 Treatment rooms with outpatient surgical procedures across several specialties.

Candidate should be available Monday-Friday; some early mornings and later evenings may be required; GI Saturday cases are voluntary and no call is required. Ideal candidates provide excellent patient care, maintain infection control standards, and collaborate with an interdepartmental team

Qualifications

• RN license and Endoscopy nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SGNA guidelines and aseptic technique.
• Ability to administer conscious sedation per physician guidance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care for Endoscopy patients.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and room for Endoscopy procedures.
• Assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures.
• Monitor patient during pre-op, procedure, and post-anesthesia care; ensure safety.
