Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care with patients and families.
Monitors patient conditions and updates care plans accordingly.
Promotes safety culture and adheres to ethical standards.
Maintains accurate EHR documentation and required education.
May administer medications per clinical protocols; potential to float as needed.
Fosters teamwork and effective communication within the care team.
Provides age-appropriate care and adheres to department policies.
